- Execute on change management strategy, planning, and delivery.
- Develop communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness plan spanning strategic initiatives (newsletters, executive presentations, broadcast messages, etc.)
- Participate in organizational transformation project and develop proposals around communication and change management activities.
- Display leadership and business judgment in anticipating needs and developing solutions.
- Support the project team to develop stakeholder/partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and collaborate with the function leads and PMO on management of stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and manage change management risks and issues.
- Work with the existing Change and Communications team and lead efforts to develop effective communication products using appropriate communication medium and message senders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, organizational development/ psychology, or a related discipline
- 5 years of relevant strategic communications/change management experience
- Experience mentoring and coaching others.
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing senior-level relationships.
- Experience presenting to decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences.
- Demonstrable experience with cross functional business improvement initiatives
- Strong influencing and relationship skills. Must be able to influence without the need for direct authority.
