Local insurance agency is seeking Customer Service & Data Entry Representatives to join their team! Representatives will be in charge of analyzing insurance documents, data entry, general administrative tasks, and performing customer service via phone, email, and fax. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in an office setting, with customer service, or with insurance. Previous experience with both Microsoft word and excel is required. Candidates must also have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and will be required to take a typing test.
