Local manufacturer seeks a experienced Customer Service Specialist. The Specialists handles phone orders, internet orders and product inquiries and are responsible for accurate pricing, invoicing, and data entry. The successful candidate must be well organized and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Must coordinate and perform domestic and the international shipping functions which includes; documentation, invoicing, consolidations, and required forward instructions. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and proper phone etiquette. Also, they must understand the importance of our customers, be able to work well under pressure, be courteous, and team oriented. Must understand mathematics and percentages, customer specifications and be computer literate. In addition, this position must work in partnership with sales managers, field sales personnel, and assist in managing key sales accounts as well as working closely with manufacturing personnel. Ability to be self-motivated and follow up is a must. An Associate's degree is preferred with 2 to 3 years prior experience.
