Casual fine dining team looking to add to its kitchen staff. Culinary degree or experience commensurate to 5 years saute/grill/managing a team. Some light butchering, making soups, sauces & pasta. Thursday through Monday evenings from noon or 1pm till closing. Must be a self-starter a team leader, willing to work any position and train staff accordingly. Grill/Saute' station prep and working a 10-burner stove with two double ovens. Expediting experience and great knife skills. Reliable, Positive mental attitude. 2 weeks paid vacation.
