Looking for temporary line cook until 12/31/25 for busy Dining and Banquet Facility

Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Line Cook, located in Southwick, MA. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes in accordance with Tucker's Restaurant standards. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring food safety and quality. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team to provide a consistent dining experience.

Qualifications

Culinary skills: Experience in cooking, food preparation, and plating.

Safety and Cleanliness: Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation.

Communication and Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team, excellent communication skills.

Adaptability and Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience and Education: Previous experience as a Line Cook, culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.

Serv Safe and Allergen certification required
