Hadley lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch restaurant seeks energetic, personable front-of-house manager. Mentor and train front counter staff, run day and evening shifts (including cash management, opening and closing), take and oversee catering orders.
Preferred qualifications:
-significant previous front-of-house experience (preferably in a quick-service casual restaurant)
-experience training/mentoring and supervising employees
-excellent customer service and organizational skills
-cash management experience and ability to open and close the restaurant
-TIPs and/or ServSafe training, social media, Mailchimp, and/or clerical skills a plus
Looking for reliable self-starter who can work accurately as part of a fast-paced team.
