PCA/Assistant with Computer skills

Women with fibromyalgia looking for a PCA with good computer skills including typing/dictation as well as excel. Examples of typing involved would be to provide assistance writing doctor's letters, helping with applications, writing emails, etc.
PCA tasks will involve running errands (including grocery shopping and going to other stores, going to local doctor appointments using your own working vehicle), light cleaning, cooking, and organizing. Being able to follow a recipe for cooking is essential. It's also important that you be able to lift a folded hand-held wheelchair and put it in your vehicle), and some personal care. I do not have to be personally lifted. Being able to mutli-task is key for this position.
The pay is $15.00/hr (through a healthcare agency). This is a part time job with day and night shifts available. The work is 2-3 days/week and includes a weekend evening (Saturday and/or Sunday). The night shift generally starts at 5:30 pm with 5 to 7 hour workdays typically ending around 11:00pm. On days you work with doctor's appointments, you may need to start between 1:00 - 3:00pm. I will notify you ahead of time. There is the ability for more time, but it's not demanded. This is NOT a full time job. This is an ongoing position, through the year. Please do not respond if you are not available during school breaks and/or summer vacation. I need people who are very reliable and available. Interested applicants should live within 35 miles of Northampton and have their own, reliable transportation as well as their own cell phone.
