We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our office in Pittsfield, Mass. Responsibilities include:
- Support Marketing Directors/Managers with key global client programs
- Contribute input on client strategy/tactics
- Content development and editing
- Pitch articles, interviews, and other proactive media outreach
- Press release distributions/Clip reporting
- Develop, update and monitor master editorial calendar
- Develop, update and monitor tradeshows, conferences and speaking opportunities database
- Distribution list management
- Draft proposals and client authorization forms
- Invoice and maintain client financial records
- Oversee writing resources and other vendors
- Identify opportunities for new business growth
- Regularly report project and client status to marketing directors and managers
- Execute special client requests and projects
- Domestic and international travel, as required
- Tradeshow and media event management
- Manage the assembly of press kits
- Project tracking
- Research
- Monitor trade publications in print and online for client news
- Use of a wide variety of digital marketing tools and websites
- Use of a range of office software, including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and Adobe Photoshop Elements, MailChimp, etc.
