We are seeking an experienced Homeownership Advisor for our Homeownership and Financial Education line of business. As a member of the Homeownership and Financial Education staff, this position will provide a range of pre-purchase counseling, loan administration and foreclosure intervention services. This is a full time position.
The ideal candidate will have homebuyer education, foreclosure and/or mortgage lending experience. Candidate must have no other personal or financial interests that could influence or appear to influence the exercise of their duties at Way Finders. Candidate must be detail oriented and have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings and weekends. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication. Bilingual verbal and writing skills preferred. Wage between $17.30/hr and $20.75/hr depending on education and experience.
