Way Finders currently has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Property Manager for our Springfield/Ludlow portfolio.
The Junior Property Manager responsibilities include income certification, unit inspections, and rent collection. Additional responsibilities (under the guidance of the property manager) include budgeting, marketing, tenant screening, income recertification, direction to internal maintenance and administrative staff, vendors, and contractors, and regulatory compliance and reporting.
Requirements include 3 - 5 years previous property management experience, excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, and commitment to high quality tenant service. Experience with Tax Credits, Rural Development, and HUD regulations, and specialized applicable courses (COS, CPM, STAR) preferred. Bi-lingual preferred. Wage range $19.03 -$22.82/hr. depending on education and experience. CORI/MVR.
