We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in our expanding Northampton/Easthampton portfolio.
Responsibilities include unit turnovers, cleaning, restocking and preparation for next family entering. Basic repairs, painting, carpentry, and outside landscaping and mowing. Minor plumbing and electrical repair skills required, as well as ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Minimum 3 years maintenance-related experience. Must be committed to teamwork and customer service, have good communication skills, a current drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Position has on-call requirements nights and weekends. CORI/MVR. Wage $15.73-$18.86/hr depending on experience plus benefits. Resumes accepted until position is filled.
