We are seeking a Program & Partnership Agent to be responsible for organizing programs and supporting and maintaining partnerships with local and regional organizations, businesses, and providers that will fulfill the mission and vision of Fabric of Life. (www.fabric-of-life.org)

Responsibilities include:

Program & Partnership Development

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

- Developing new programs and program schedule to support the strategic direction of the organization.

- Developing positive working relationships with potential and current program providers.

- Creating and maintaining database spreadsheet to record relevant partner information.

Goals, Budget & Evaluation

- Co-creating and managing long-term goals for partnerships and programs.

- Developing a budget and operating plans for the program

- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Communication & Marketing

- Maintaining regular communication with the organization, partners, and program providers to insure positive experiences.

- Managing social media accounts and implementing basic website updates regularly.

- Distributing marketing materials as needed in local and regional communities.

- Participating in events that will help to spread awareness of Fabric of Life, its mission and vision, and opportunities.

- Creating and maintaining database spreadsheet to record relevant marketing and communication opportunities and resources.

Desired Skills include:

- Experience in managing programs

- Experience and comfort in cultivating partnerships for long-term collaborations

- Knowledge of (and/or interest in) organizations, artisans, and businesses within the local and regional community

- Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Knowledge of MS Office, GoogleSuite, Mailchimp, WordPress, social media, internet browsers, and email programs

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Collaborative mindset and approach

- Strong organizational skills

Work will be done both off-site and on-site depending on the needs of the program. Individuals will need their own car, the ability to lift 25lb, and a willingness to travel as needed (mileage reimbursement is available).
