The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium has a full-time position available serving as an Individual and Family Support Advocate at the Salasin Project in Greenfield, MA.
Salasin Project Individual and Family Support Advocate to provide strength-based, trauma-informed, recovery focused home-visiting support and advocacy to individuals and families in the Franklin County area who have experienced interpersonal/domestic violence. Additional skills include assistance with the referral and access of resources, facilitation of communication with other community providers and systems, as well as representing the Salasin Project at cooperative program meetings. This position is full time with competitive benefits offered.
This is an opportunity to work out of an office in Greenfield with an amazing and dynamic collaborative team. Minimum requirements: Bachelors with 4 years' experience or equivalent working with individuals and families who have experienced domestic/interpersonal violence.
