Auto Sales Manager (West Springfield)

We are a West Springfield used car dealership looking for a Sales Manager. Must have experience and a proven track record and prior F&I experience along with sending and structuring all kinds of deals especially subprime through Dealertrack. Must be able to desk, close, appraise, train, and motivate sales staff. Responsibilities will include talking with every customer at the dealership along with following up with any working customers and leads via text, phone, or email. Must be hands on, personable, computer savoy, and competent. Also responsible for sitting down with sales staff on a daily basis reviewing/calling leads and customers. $80k minimum a year up to as far as you can move the needle with a great schedule with a fun and clean atmosphere. 401k, health, dental, and demo.
