We are actively seeking a Cleaner to join our team at our portfolio of apartment communities, Home City Housing,in Springfield, MA.
Here you will be working to take care of our residents' needs and help provide them with comfortable and well-maintained homes. You will make a unique and valuable contribution to our community by ensuring that our building is inviting and functioning at peak of its efficiency.
Rate: $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and common areas
Grounds upkeep and maintenance
Landscaping
On - call rotation
Assisting with basic maintenance repairs
Apartment make-ready duties
Snow removal
Requirements:
Being open minded and resourceful
Previous janitorial experience is helpful
Attention to detail. Ownership and pride in the work you produce.
