We are a local rental property management company specializing in the management and maintenance of single and multi-family investment properties throughout the greater Springfield Area.
We are looking for fun, energetic, hard working individuals looking to learn and grow.
Our work includes everything from service calls to major home renovations. We have a full time positions available for an experienced and qualified handyman/maintenance technician. The work would generally preforming repairs and maintenance to small single and multi-family dwellings in Greater Springfield.
Typical projects would be a mix of apartment turnover work, service call work. Typical tasks might include replacing windows and doors, fixing plumbing leaks, unclogging drains and sewers, building and installing window screens, replacing flooring, wall repairs and painting, light duty plumbing and electrical, general labor and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
2+ yrs Property Maintenance/Home Improvement Experience
Basic Tools, license and reliable transportation
Smart Phone and ability to utilize cloud based work order management software.
Ability to work well with others or independently
High School Diploma
Bi-Lingual a plus
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and characteristics:

- Great communication skills (with tenants, landlords, and coworkers)
- Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and service needs
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising detail and safety
- Basic knowledge of and experience in trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
- Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
