We are presently hiring Qualified Roofers to join our growing company.
This is a professional construction company looking for professional workers. A good portion of our work is paid at State Rate (Prevailing Wage) and we expect our employees to earn this high income.
You must be able to take direction and constructive criticism to be on this crew. We are doing high-profile work, and the foreman's instructions need to be the rule of thumb on these jobs. We cannot be changing installation methods in the field, we have very specific plans and specifications for most jobs.
Must Have Qualifications:
Roofing/Construction Experience
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation to jobs (Sometimes up to 2 hours away)
OSHA 10 Card
Safety Equipment (Own your own harness, rope, hard hat, safety glasses, boots)
Tool Belt (Outfitted with knife, snips, tape measure, hammer, cats-paw, pencil)
Preferred Qualifications:
CSL License
Own your own truck
Lives near Springfield
Can work well with others or alone effectively
