Dependable, hard-working individual needed for maintenance, upkeep and turnover of residential properties in Western Massachusetts. Responsibilities include complete apartment turnovers to general repairs. Should have several years of maintenance or carpentry experience, should own a complete set of hand and power tools and own a truck or van with a rack (for transportation of tools and materials). Ability to work with others in a professional and courteous manner and availability for off hours on call coverage is essential.
