360 Industrial Services is seeking solar farm laborers for a project between Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT. Ideal candidates have prior solar farm experience on posts, tilts, tables, and modules.
Pay: $16 to $17/hr
Per Diem: None offered
Estimated Duration: 4 to 5 months
Requirements
- Prior work on solar farm of 1MW or more is desired.
- Ideal candidate is mechanically inclined.
-Ability to walk and stand long duration's throughout the day.
-Ability to bend over and pick up items.
-Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a drug test
