Interface with program managers on the full range of program activities.

Assist in the analysis of program labor charges and trends.

Manage the planning & execution of engineering changes. Identify added costs for engineering changes.

Coordinate support of NRE funding requests.

Report open purchase material commitments using SAP data.

Provide programs with material analysis as required.

Monitor inventory transfers, including pay backs to assess financial impacts.

Any other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.

In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills:Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

Ability to track & analyze program non-labor costs in support of program financial EVMS and EAC plans.

Knowledge on how to investigate and reconcile issues identified as part of the analysis process.

Be able to interpret, and act on conflicting or incomplete information in pursuit of an objective.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Preferred:

Assist in managing program execution in both operations & supply chain

Assist in Integrated Program Team (IPT) meetings preparation.

Evaluate build status vs. schedule to evaluate risks, potential added costs.

Assist in the surveillance of program execution by monitoring program metrics.

Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying and managing risks. Development and maintenance of the assigned materials metrics.

Interface with scheduling, programs, planning, purchasing, logistics and quality to coordinate information flow.
