Job Description
About This Role:The Field Excellence Lead will support the commercial Neuro Psych team in preparation for and following product launch. Thisposition will be engaged in aspects of selected key Customer Excellence Initiatives with a focus on field excellence (people, process, tools), key account management, business planning, and other key capabilities. This role will initially be focused on key pre-launch priorities (field sizing, design/deployment, role refinement) and shift into post launch execution when applicable.
What You'll DoThe Field Excellence Lead will be focused on creating sustainable organization frameworks and business processes across the various field stakeholders and internal stakeholders to ultimately impact customer engagement and patient acquisition/retention. This position will work first-hand with the senior internal and field leaders, their teams and others across an extensive network of cross functional partners and external vendor partners to ensure a best in class field experience. Responsibilities include:
- Leads Go To Market Design
- Leads Annual Customer & Field Excellence Planning Process
- Leads Key Field and Stakeholder Interactions & Communications
- Leads Key Strategic Initiatives (i.e. Project Implementation, Expansion Efforts, Field Suggestions, Call Planning)
- Supports Business Planning & Business Review Process
- Supports Key Account Management Efforts
Qualifications
3-5 Years Sales Experience (Sales Leadership experience preferred)
5+ Years HQ Based Commercial Experience (Marketing, and/or Trainingand/or Operations)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree preferred
