We're looking for a highly skilled and experience Process Improvement Manager to advise our client on best practices to improve protocols for maximum business efficiency and profitability. If you'd like to leverage your subject matter expertise in a high level consulting role, this may be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities of the Process Improvement Manager:
  • Conduct research to understand company processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze gathered information to form a hypothesis of company weaknesses and how to remediate
  • Facilitate workshops to train employees on updated processes and rules
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Evaluate competitors to identify advantages/disadvantages
  • Analyze financial statements to find problem areas
  • Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement

Requirements of the Process Improvement Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience
  • Business and industry knowledge
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent public speaker
