We're looking for a highly skilled and experience Process Improvement Manager to advise our client on best practices to improve protocols for maximum business efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities of the Process Improvement Manager:- Conduct research to understand company processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze gathered information to form a hypothesis of company weaknesses and how to remediate
- Facilitate workshops to train employees on updated processes and rules
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
- Evaluate competitors to identify advantages/disadvantages
- Analyze financial statements to find problem areas
- Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement
- Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience
- Business and industry knowledge
- Strong quantitative skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent public speaker
