Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the Wellness Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to the residents, and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff.Salary Range: $36.00 - $38.00 HourlyResponsibilities and DutiesSupervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policiesMonitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residentsAssisting in training and monitoring of medication administrationMaintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standardsPromote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the companyConduct thorough resident assessments
