The Lead Lien Specialist on the Lien Services team is primarily responsible for personnel and queue/work management of an assigned coordinator group. The Lead Lien Specialist is also responsible for timely communicating to Lien Services management updates on all direct reports, queue/work status, and any issues or production blockers.  The Lead Lien Specialist will also be expected to assist with daily conditional payment work and will have their own set of goals. The Lead Lien Specialist is responsible for processing incoming mail, conditional payment reporting, outreach for Proof of Representation documents, Medicare Advantage Plan Affidavits and HIPAA releases. Additionally, the Lead Lien Specialist is responsible for outreach to Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid and Part D companies if applicable. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes individual accountability with the support of a team structure, come join us!About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the RoleOversee and supervise the assigned Coordinator group, ensuring their adherence to established processes and guidelines.Collaborate with department and team management to meet production goals and address client service needs.Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement efficient processes.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing training to new employees and assisting current staff with their professional development needs.Oversee and perform reporting and follow up on a variety of processes including outreach to CMS, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid and Part D companies.Oversee and perform outreach and follow up on a variety of tasks, including Letters of Authority, Proof of Representation, Medicare Advantage Affidavits, HIPAA releases, Conditional Payment Letters and other documents as necessary.Responsible for overseeing and delivering designated documents such as $0 Conditional Payment letters and case closed letters.Assist with referral set-up in the database.Conduct comprehensive review, analysis, and dispute of assigned Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicaid letters if applicable for the Coordinator group.Communicate effectively, professionally, and comprehensively in internal emails, client inquiries, case status requests, case updates, and general subject matter questions.Provide assistance to attorneys, staff, and account management as requested.Support in handling incoming mail when needed.
