Job Description:

Job Summary: Air Liquide has developed a technology that separates methane from carbon dioxide through an innovative process involving polymer membranes, which are manufactured in the US by its subsidiary Medal in the United States. These membranes are produced in the facilities of Newport, DE and Woburn, MA. File Maker 16 is the application being used for supporting the Manufacturing Execution Systems on the shopfloor of these 2 Locations. A File Maker/Database support analyst is required to support four major objectives : -stabilization of the File Maker 16 recently launched, including debugging and implementation of key features -migration project from File Maker 16 to Version 19 -technical assessment of the integration of File Maker with current ERP (Oracle) -technical assessment related to future evolution and integration with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)like Rockwell, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) The File Maker/Database support analyst will work closely with the Sr. Manager Production Planning & Warehouse, and will have a range of responsibilities, including feature design and development, end user training, application support, manufacturing process design, opportunities assessment of integration with external databases (e.g. Oracle, Rockwell) and of evolution towards others MES and MRP s.

Responsibilities: -Support the File Maker implementation of the evolutions, related to bugs, customizations, new features, technical/functional changes : -Organize the users feedback related to improvement needed from intake until delivery -Triage requests by level of complexity and gap with current deployed version -Support Air Liquide s decisions on prioritization of changes -Follow-up with Vendor on the correct implementation of validated changes -Test and organize/validate users testing (uses-case, expected results, etc ) -Ensure no regression as well as no downtime of application or unavailability on others features -Contribute to organize the overall File Maker chain of support for application troubleshooting (from L1 to L3), which includes process and procedures for triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalation related to application issues.

-On behalf of Air Liquide might support the Level 1 & 2 technical support -Support Continuous Improvement around File Maker making sure it serves the Production processes

-Identify common issues, root causes and help create proactive solutions.

-Propose optimizations with objectives to ensure an effective operation of the application -Contribute to optimization of production processes, and automation of procedures.

-Namely contribute to improvement of : reporting capabilities -Support File Maker training effort to the Air Liquide super users, with knowledge to be adapted to their different profiles and responsibilities.

-Complete/update documentation related to Application support, Users Manuals and Guides -Control the good execution of tasks and overall performance of the Vendor currently supporting Air Liquide for File Maker Licensing and L2/L3 support (correction of bugs, implementation of requested customizations, etc, ) -Review & provide input on proposals from an architectural perspective, including feasibility, technical viability -Integration of File Maker with current ERP (Oracle) -Evolution and integration with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)like Rockwell, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Education Requirements: -Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience)

General Requirements: -3+ years of experience in Application Support File Maker -3+ years experience in Database configuration and administration -5+ years of experience in application support in manufacturing field -Experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework -Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and Material Requirements Planning
