Darmann Abrasive Products, an employee-owned manufacturer of fine-grit, bonded abrasive products for superfinishing, honing and precision grinding applications, is seeking a Corporate Controller for their US headquarters in Clinton, MA.

If you have at least a Bachelors in Accounting and experience as a senior level accountant or controller, they want to hear from you. Experience in manufacturing is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for monthly and year-end close process

Prepare timely monthly financial statements (US Headquarters and three foreign subsidiaries)

Interface with subsidiaries accountants to ensure accurate monthly financials

Create monthly consolidated financial statements for management, including cash flow and balances

Produce detailed financial analyses as requested by management

Assist with negotiations for employee benefit renewals with insurance carriers

Actively participate in the company's operational planning process

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Maintain control of fixed assets
