Our patients need you! Community Health Connections is a full-service community health center with four locations in Central Massachusetts. We are seeking a full-time Call Center Specialist to join our Dental call center. Our call center team is responsible for ensuring every patient is set on a positive path.
The Call Center Specialist manages incoming telephone communications to CHC Dental call center. The responsibilities of the Call Center Specialist include booking appointments, entering patient registration information, directing incoming telephone calls, recording accurate messages, and cross covering other departments as needed at CHC locations.

We are seeking personable, motivated staff that are passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate has similar work experience, strong computer skills and knowledge of basic medical terminology. High School Diploma or GED are required. Bilingual in English / Portuguese is preferred.
