Proline Services is a small family owned business that fabricates and installs quality stone countertops in MA/CT/RI. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with at least 2 years of customer service experience and data entry experience.
Meet with customer in our showroom to assist them with design and material selections
Communicate with designers and homeowners to ensure order accuracy
Enter job/customer information into our system
Enter bills/Receipts into quickbooks
Maintain clean, organized showroom
Report building for management
Answer and assist customers on phone
Review and process new orders
Schedule customer appointments
