We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a growing commercial insurance company located in Maynard, MA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer contact. Training will be provided so a great opportunity for growth!
Responsibilities:
- Answer customers phone & online inquiries
- Service existing clients as well as establish new clients
- Answer general inquiries and pricing requests
- Other customer service duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Required:
- High school diploma or (GED) required; Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required will provide training
- Strong computer and phone skills
This is an Evaluation Hire/ Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time position.
The position hours are 9:00am- 5:00pm OR 9:30am 5:30pm Monday- Friday.
The Pay Rate is $17-$18/hour depending on experience, potential increase once hired and licensed. Company also offers 4 weeks PTO and Profit sharing once hired
