Complete Labor and Staffing is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to grow with our Worcester, MA team
Description:
Making calls to applicants to fill jobs
Making sales calls to potential clients in hopes of landing more business
All aspects of paperwork
Paying temporary labors
Taking applications
Answering phones throughout day
Multi-tasking
MUST BE EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING (SOMETIMES VERY SHORT NOTICE) AND BE WILLING TO STAY UNTIL ALL CUSTOMER NEEDS HAVE BEEN MET.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be self-motivated
Must be able to multi task
Must have the ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Must have the ability to handle stressful environments and keep a positive attitude
Must want to have fun while working
Must have a CAN DO attitude
Must have the desire to learn the business and progress with the company
