Lorden-The Home Climate Company is looking for high energy, self starters to join our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer care and must work well in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment. This candidate will need a solid track record in a call center or customer service role, with strong computer skills and communication skills.
Position will respond to customer inquires, service requests, and customer concerns. You will become familiar with all of our products, services, systems, and practices and will coordinate closely across all departments to provide seamless care to our valued customers.
