Trigyn's direct government client has a contract assignment for an Audio Visual Project Manager in Worcester, MA.
Description:Audio Visual Project Manager to support the Audio Visual Department with project management work to assist with audio visual upgrades in meeting and classrooms.Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and document audio visual project related activities of medium scale projects; managing resources within assigned project teams, most often in a technical environment and document the projects activities Facilitate the project management process and methodologies through all phases of a projects lifecycle for projects within low complexity business and technical environments Assist project sponsors to identify and refine project scope and objectives, including any risks and/or constraints. Communicate with all appropriate parties to ensure that the projects objectives, scope, and expected deliverables of each project phase are understood. Facilitate communication of the projects status, budget, costs, issues, and related information to same Direct and lead an assembled project team in effectively addressing the clients requirements according to the projects schedule and approved budget Develop project plans, including project schedule and budget for approval Document and maintain current: project work plan, meetings, decisions, work change orders, project deliverables, progress reports, schedules, cost tracking reports, and other pertinent reports Support Post-Live audits of projects to review whether the project met expectations and to identify potential areas for improvement.
