Starting pay: $24.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Use discretion and independent judgment in claim handling
Possess functional knowledge and skills reflective of fully competent practitioner.
Investigate, analyze, evaluate, and negotiate claims of minimal to moderate complexity.
Be responsible for some to all aspects of each claim, including informal hearings, arbitrations and small claims litigation and maintaining a high level of productivity, confidentiality, and customer service.
Implement and coordinate the most effective management techniques to mitigate loss and expense payments.
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:Prior auto claims handling experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with both internal and external groups
SkillsCustomer Service (1 year of experience is required)
Claims Processing (1 year of experience is required)
MS Office (1 year of experience is required)
Call Center Support (1 year of experience is required)
Payment processing (1 year of experience is required)
