Basic Knowledge Strong knowledge in Storage Networking technologies SAN, NAS10 - 14 years Expert skills in implementing, managing & troubleshooting in IBM SVC, V7000 ,IBM Flash Systems ,EMC Unity, NetApp C-Mode, Isilon, Dell EMC PowerStore and MetroNode. Expert skills in implementing, Managing & troubleshooting in Isilon and NetApp Cmode-NAS storage. Knowledge/experience in Performance improvement & capacity planning(SAN & NAS storages). Work Experience in IBM-Spectrum Control. Implement & Manage DR in IBM SVC using SVC-Global mirror. Hands-on experience in managing Cisco MDS-SAN Switches and Brocade Switches. Experience in Cisco SAN zoning and troubleshooting. Knowledge/experience in backup technology - Commvault 11 x. Install, configure and Management of Commvault Commserve and Media Agents. scripting knowledge/exposure (Power Shell scripting)Hands-on experience in managing Cisco SAN Switches Should have CISCO and Brocade fabric switches administration and Operational knowledge required in DCNM(Data Centre Network Manager) and Element Manager Knowledge of Windows / Linux server administration is desired. Should possess strong technical skill and be a SME in the respective tower. Transition, Transformation and Migration experience related to storage is must. Perform problem analysis and recovery in the storage, hardware and software environment. Provide suggestion of improvement for existing areas. Plan and perform change activity following change management policy and process Provide on-call support to maintain availability of storage subsystems and processes. Create monthly/quarterly/annual Storage & Backup utilization and performance reports Recommend best practices on configuration & implementation, Identify opportunities on Performance & tuning, Automation & optimization Lead the team and be a SME in the respective tower
