Medical Center has an opening for a temp Customer Service/Scheduler in Worcester, MA. Will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, ensuing proper scheduling of procedures and facilitating effective communication. Schedule endoscopy procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients to schedule, reschedule and cancel procedures. Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses and other medical personnel.
