Busy, small general practice law firm seeks PT legal secretary. Duties would include: answering phones, drafting correspondence/legal documents, communication with clients, and other clerical tasks. Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documentation, and court practices is a plus. Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task, have a friendly phone demeanor, and strong organizational, proof-reading, and grammar skills.
