Well-respected home care agency in Wayland is looking for a highly motivated, driven individual to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will assist in running the day to day functions. A strong candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is flexible with ambiguity.

This Full Time Administrative Assistant position is a direct report to the Care Service Manager and is responsible for managing multiple tasks in a busy, high-volume office. This position is Monday “ Friday, starting no later than 8:30am, with flexibility on end time, approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Job Description:

-Assist in day-to-day day to day management of clients and caregivers including, but not limited to coordinating daily schedules, answering phones

-Manage the interview & orientation calendar, as well as conduct interviews and orientations

-Screen and prioritize incoming applicants

-Respond to all messages and inquiries in a timely manner

-Interact professionally with coworkers with a diverse population

-Partner with peers and colleagues to ensure adequate support for the overall team

-Communicate with company employees and clients to ensure smooth flow of communication and information

-Take appropriate action towards recruitment
