Position is responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, assist in finding resolutions, and coordinating with other departments as required regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the productsTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the productsProcess orders while confirming prices, promotions, freight charges and other relevant informationWork with Supply Chain to provide customers the best allocation of inventory and coordinate the deliveries and pickups for multiple warehousesFollow up and confirm receipt of orders and customer satisfaction.Other duties as assignedWorking hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systemsEducation:AssociateExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience in food manufacturing company preferred but not requiredContact Jonathan Pizarro at (978) 460-5668Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
