Headquartered in Central MA, this Wastewater operator will be responsible for operations and maintenance, preparing work orders for repairs or re-samples, as well as alarm call response and client satisfaction. This position is an operator who is able to manage their time to complete assigned tasks in multiple Waste Water Plant locations. The territory for this operator will be Middlesex county North of the Mass Pike up to NH.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing testing on critical aspects of Facility operations in order to monitor system condition.
Maintain a thorough and legible record of all systems, facility, equipment and plant maintenance.
Perform general preventative maintenance that would include anything from filter and belt changes to blower oil.
Operate plants in a manner that meets the regulatory guidelines.
Be able to meet goals by developing scope of work for repairs, re-samples and to prepare work orders.
Maintaining a safe working environment for you and your clients.
Amongst other tasks and responsibilities.
Qualified Candidates Will Have the Following:
- Valid driver's license
- Grade 4M MA Waste Water License (or higher)
-Ability to pass a pre-employment background (criminal/driving) check and drug screen (includes marijuana)
- Ability to work full time and on call some weeks/weekends (a stipend will be provided)
