Job Description
- Ability to replace laptop and desktop components
- Mobile phone (iPhone & android) & tablet repair a plus
- Trouble shoot hardware & software issues
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 knowledge a must
- Perform remote support
- MAC experience a plus
- Board soldering a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service and
communication skills a must.
- Must be reliable.
