Experienced metal fabricator

Looking for an experienced metal fabricator that can fabricate complicated parts from a blue print. ( not an operator) Must be able to layout parts manually, not from software. Must be familiar with ALL types of fabricating equipment ( shear,punch,press brake ) and be able to fabricate parts up to the welding. ( not a welder ) We are a small job shop that does a wide variety of fabrications. From Biopharm, high end architectural to precision components. I am NOT looking for a welder or an operator.
