Job DescriptionSeeking a Cloud Communications/Trainings Specialist that will support the Cloud Shift ProgramHelp manage various deliverables as it relates to the program needs as the program evolves over timeDevelop effective communication and training strategies, managing internal communications/trainings, drafting content for internal company newsletters and websites and collaborating with other teams to share key accomplishments Experience Required:At least 2 years of IT experienceExperience working in an IT communications/trainings focused roleExperience working in an IT environment (Cloud background is a nice to have)Experience delivering quality and control processes Skills Required:Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with business users and IT professionals, proficiency in adjusting message and style appropriately for the audience, and effectively managing stakeholder expectationsAbility to efficiently utilize desktop tools (Office Suite, Instant Messaging, WebEx, Audio Conference etc.)Strong service oriented mind-set with attention to details and quality Experience Preferred: Applied knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, Rally and Clarity Opportunity to work from the ground floor Education Required:IT or related field Education Required: Graduate of any degree Who We Are The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
