- Seeking a Cloud Communications/Trainings Specialist that will support the Cloud Shift Program.
- This enthusiastic communications/trainings specialist will help manage various deliverables as it relates to the program needs as the program evolves over time.
- This resource will be developing effective communication and training strategies, managing internal communications/trainings, drafting content for internal company newsletters and websites and collaborating with other teams to share key accomplishments.
- 2+ IT experience
- Experience working in an IT communications/trainings focused role
- Experience working in an IT environment (Cloud background is a nice to have)
- Experience handling multiple projects at once
- Experience delivering quality and control processes
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with business users and IT professionals, proficiency in adjusting message and style appropriately for the audience, and effectively managing stakeholder expectations
- Ability to efficiently utilize desktop tools (Office Suite, Instant Messaging, WebEx, Audio Conference etc.)
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to easily multi-task and absorb new information quickly
- Strong desire to learn and grow through taking on new challenges with a positive mindset
- Strong service oriented mind-set with attention to details and quality
- Needs to be a self-starter
- Applied knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, Rally and Clarity Opportunity to work from the ground floor in an exciting, new partnership for Ford Motor Company.
