At Douglas J, we're looking for experienced Massage Therapists to inspire and educate our daytime and evening students.What You'll Do:Teach assigned classes under the supervision and guidance of the Education Coach & Institute DirectorHelp students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course contentMaintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge in his/her regular teaching fieldMaintain standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional positionGrade and return student work in a timely mannerInstruct students on proper sanitation methods and oversee sanitation efforts throughout the dayClassroom management; ensure student compliance with school rules and regulationsMust be solutions-based person who can handle classroom management situationsComplete other assigned duties, as needed
