We have an opening with our direct client for a Quality Assurance Manager for automotive connected services. This position is Hybrid and will require some on site work in Auburn Hills, Michigan.The ideal candidate will have experience in connected vehicle, strong testing and development experience, and system skills.
Education and Years of Experience:- 10+ years' experience with 5+ years in quality management, responsible for overall test/quality strategies in connected services environments.
- 7+ years system and software engineering or equivalent role.
- Drive closure to hardware and software related field issues, as well as backend connectivity platform performance.
- Build capabilities for managing quality/test validation and key processes for problem management and root-cause analysis. This includes coordinating problems and resolution across engineering groups, connected services, and IT.
- Manage the end-to-end quality management process and maintain alignment across all quality functions, product support, engineering, and external partners.
