Responsibilities will include the recruiting and tracking temporary employees assigned to a particular site, supervising the productivity and performance through quality control measures, and effectively communicating any attendance or work-related issues with both the home office and management staff of the client. Additional responsibilities will include resume/candidate sourcing, conducting new-hire orientations and developing and maintaining ongoing positive relationships with our clients and employees.
Our ideal candidate must possess a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, prior manufacturing experience and superior decision making capabilities. Previous experience in recruiting is a plus!
