The Pond Place of Michigan is currently hiring certified aquatic pesticide applicators for the 2019 season. You must have your Core and section 5 certification or the willingness to obtain the certifications. We offer top pay to qualified candidates. Pond Maintenance technician
This position would involve the maintenance for pond opening, closing, and monthly maintenance that a pond requires. In this position you will be responsible for the extraction of water, removal of fish, and the ability to power wash the inside of ponds to remove old sediment. We offer paid training with lots of room for advancement. This position is a seasonal full time position with the potential for year round work.
The pay range is $12 - $18 per hour minimum of 40 hours per week.
Pond Repair technician
This position would involve the ability to diagnose and repair common pond issues. Some plumbing ability is required as well as a general understanding of how a pond works. The ability to trouble shoot leaks in liner, cracked pipes, bad pumps, etc The pay range for this position is $16 - $22 per hour minimum of 40 hrs per week.
