Six-figure potential, hands-on training, and company-provided leads—no cold calling.
What You’ll Do:
Run 5–6 consultations a week across your assigned region.
Inspect project sites, design custom decks, and present pricing on the spot.
Close deals during a one-appointment cycle.
Utilize company-provided tools, including sales kits and iPads, to inform client decisions.
Collaborate with your Sales Manager and peers for ongoing coaching and support.
Represent Green Shield as the face of our brand to every homeowner you meet.
Create decks using proprietary software with the homeowners to begin the building process.
Be the face for Green Shield Deck Builders at every opportunity, and sell our unique and fantastic products.
Be able to accommodate new technologies, sales tactics, and scripting to help increase your close rates.

You bring professionalism and presence to every appointment.
You are willing to use your instincts and personable attitude to help customers build the deck of their dreams.
Ability to close in one appointment.
Compensation
A base salary draw of $50,000 and uncapped commissions.

Earn industry-leading commissions on large ticket home improvements.
Top performers (20% of Green Shield's existing team) write over $5,000,000 in annual deck contracts.

Qualifications
HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
Driver’s license and clean driving record
No previous sales experience required; at least two years of Sales Experience in any field, Construction, or Industrial Sales is a Plus
Strong Negotiation Skills
Able to Build and Maintain Relationships
Ability to Build Rapport with Clients
Experience in Growing Market Share
Strong Mathematics and Computer Skills are Essential
Strong Organizational Skills and Sales Tracking Abilities
Able to Travel to Client/Prospect homes, Attend Events and Meetings in Person, Able to Lift 50 lbs.
