Modis has an exciting job opportunity for a Software Test Engineer. Our client is looking for a Software Test Engineer to focus on creating test automation on their team. In this role, you will develop test solutions to support Kubernetes containerized microservice applications and develop C# based functional automation test frameworks using Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and coding background utilizing C#.
Job Responsibilities for the Software Test Engineer: Identify and develop test solutions to support Kubernetes containerized microservice applications Develop and maintain C# based functional automation test framework and scripts Report status on coding projects, test execution, application stability, and release readiness to SCRUM team Perform all other duties as requested or assigned Job Skills Desired for the Software Test Engineer: Strong C# (.Net) or Java expertise Skilled in building automation solutions for microservices, web and desktop applications Advanced experience integrating code with CI/CD pipeline. Strong SQL language expertise Experience using Nunit/TestNg/Junit framework a plus Position Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $53.00 - $62.00 per hour + medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k match and other perks!
