Residential construction project manager

We are Looking for the right team member who possess a sense of urgency and skills in relationship building, negotiation, budget management and a proficient technical understanding of construction drawings, methods, and equipment are required.
Job Description:
-Support Residential construction renovations and remodels
-Manage full-cycle construction projects.
-manage 3-5+ construction projects
-Conduct site surveys to review drawings, scope of work, and have client interaction
-Assist in creating construction invoices, budgets, estimates, and scopes of work
-Partner with Superintendent or Foreman to coach and direct internal carpentry staff
-Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
-Apply previous “physical hands-on” construction experience to manage projects
-Knowledge of rough, trim, and finish carpentry to manage construction jobs
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of rough, trim, and finish carpentry to manage construction jobs
-10+ Years of “Physical Hands-On Job Site” Construction experience
-5+ Years of Overseeing Field Operations
-1+ Years of estimating experience
-Construction Management Software experience
-Previous experience as Skilled Laborer, Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent
-strong work ethic - attention to detail - commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Valid drivers lic and reliable transportation. a must
